To be clear it is a DOS screen I see on the TV not the animated screen, it asks me to choose an action and then warns me any action cannot be undone. What action should I choose?

I have tried this and I am only going to the boot screen. When I downloaded the files I only got 7 files which I have check and is correct. wondering why this is not working. I am trying to reset to factory setting to get my Kodi app back as I was trying to upgrade to 17 which did not work now I am trying to redo my ATV 600 box. I does not look like what the video looks like with the screen shown at 1:46 on the video. Please send me any info to help
