However, I tried this app which is another dvb T2 app. Despite it does not has the video decoder , It works more smooth, but with less lags. The original app tends to lag a lot with audio sync issue. With this app, there is less audio sync issue .

I'm in the UK. I have tried scanning a known cable frequency even though it says the device is DVB-T, but it doesn't find any channels. I know my cable connection is ok because I have another DVB-C USB tuner (Astrometa) and this works fine and find all the channels.

Could you please send the  photos with both sides of your product?

  3. It is my fault, please ignore the last step"research your local DVB-T2", but the process before this step is absolutely right.

Anyway, we test it can scan DVB-C channels with this driver although it displays "Device type: DVB-T"in the sector of "Options". BTW, where are you residing?

  4. Please try this driver:

You need to manually install it:

Extract the files somewhere (you need to know where they are)

Right click "Computer" > Manage > Device Manager > Find your device under "sound video and game controllers" > Right click > Update  Driver > Manually search in your computer > Locate the folder > Install Driver > Restart your Computer & research your local DVB-T2 frequency.

    T230 DVB-C mode in Windows?

The T230 is advertised as supporting DVB-C, presumably with the TotalMedia software, but I'd like to use it with 3rd party software (DVBViewer) as a DVB-C tuner.

After I install the driver, DVBViewer sees it as a DVB-T device, and even if I force it to be DVB-C, it doesn't work. So how can I switch it to DVB-C mode under Windows 7? Is there a registry entry which toggles it?

    Thanks

I don't know how to use the DVBViewer. What I know is you can take a try using our another software-Total TV Player.

Total TV Player software(6.50.01) download link:

Glad to report that everything now seems to work including restarting from hibernation.  I didn't  re-import the stations as using the new driver didn't seem to need it. Thank you very much indeed for your help.  I see that there might be an 'official' solution to this - is that right? Still this seems to work fine - was it supplied by MyGica?

Yes, it is supplied by us. But we need more test before we release it.

Myr phone is Huawei Y7 Prime and it happened to all HD channels. I most of the Time i test it in school as there is a Bukit Panjang TV transmission tower in Singapore which can be  seen from my school.

It seems your phone does not support the function of hardware decoder.  Could you please try it on another phone and check if it works? Is your product PT360?

Yes I did try using this but it went blank only when I switched on the decoder. It went back to normal when I switched off the decoder but there were more lags on moving images

    Which hardware/product are you using?

    Where are you residing?

Does the problem happen on HD channels?

What is the configuration of your phone? Brand,  model, etc.

    Hi,

I just recently got the PT360 and have installed the PadTV HD v2.2.0.

Just like the other users here, I have audio and video sync issue. They are not in sync.

I have tried in on my Redmi Note 4x and Samsung Tab S2 and both of them have the same issue.

I'm using the tuner to receive DVB-T2 programmes.

There is definitely some issue with the PadTV HD app as when I tried the Trial version of "Aerial TV DVB-T Receiver" app, there is no such sync issue at all.

    Please advise.

    Thanks!

please try to download this software and check if it can solve this prolem.
