  1. Can you please be more specific?
  2. Both models use the same Firmware. Once you take the latest V1.30 Firmware update, you will see we changed the name of it to MyGica S905
  3. Good suggestion but this is not possible.
  4. A lot of users have reported it working now The issue we found varied by the TV that was being used, so that is why we could not fix it for everyone But now some users are reporting it wifi wont reconnect coming out of standby This is why we will only release this as Beta.
  5. The S802 + S805 and S812 came out in 2014 from Amlogic. They generally start with one OS, in this case was Android 4.4 and do one OS upgrade, which in this case was 5.1 with an Alpha version of 5.0 as well, but they moved to 5.1 since it worked out a lot of bugs. If you are using Android for a set top box, there is almost no difference between Android 5.1 and 6.0 in terms of the changelist. Majority of the changes were for Mobile phones.
  6. Not sure what you mean by what is missing? This will more then likely be the last 5.1 release for all of our old models We will fix the coming of out standby wifi issue, but that will probably be the last update to the firmware we released last month. Android 6 will never be available for these models, as AMlogic ended support for the S805/S802/S812 Chipsets at Android 5.1
We are just going to fix the Wifi connection issue after coming out of standby. We should be able to send this as an OTA update. As for another full firmware release You probably won't see it, this is the most stable version of 5.1 we could make to date. That is why its been released as BETA only. There has not been an update to 5.1 from Amlogic for the S812/S802/S805 chipsets in almost 2 years, and they have told us there wont be another one again as they have stopped support.
  7. When in local update Press the 3 lined menu button 10+ times and the file will appear. I am not 100% sure you can downgrade to 4.4 this way though I would suggest the factory files instead.
  8. If the issue is due to Android audio apis needing to be updated, then we wont be able to fix that Amlogic no longer supports the SDK for the version of Android 5.1 for the S805/S812/S802 chipsets.
  9. We are having a very hard time making DTV player work on Android 5.1 for the 586 because 5.1 is a huge RAM user
  10. These files below, are the latest 5.1 FW, which includes the ON demand patch file.
  11. The 586 uses a different Wifi Module then the 585/600, so that must be the issue. Will have to see if this can be fixed or not.
  12. There is no DTV Player support on the 5.1 beta, that is why you cannot see it on the 586
  13. Support for the ATV 1200 stopped at Android 4.2 You will not find anything higher then 4.2 for this model.
  14. Have you tried a different Wifi channel setting on your router?
  15. This version of 5.1 does not have support for the DTV player, that is why you cannot see it when you install it onto your 586
  16. We stopped selling this model to all of our sellers and distributors over 12 months ago in North America I know one of the sellers in South Africa though are still selling them.
  17. When you get a message like "Cannot connect to the host server" it generally means that URL does not work or exist. Try typing the same URL into your web browser on your computer or phone, you will see what I mean.
  18. Version 1.3.0

    3,865 downloads

Here is the Root Patch File which can be installed onto any MyGica 495 PRO or 1900 PRO that is using the Firmware Version #1.30 You can install this using an SD Card or USB drive and the upgrade app listed in the settings area. This does not require manually pressing the reset button. Just download the IMG file and move it to a USB drive or SD Card that is formatted to FAT32 when using your Computer.
  19. Try unplugging the devices power and plug it back in to do a reboot. It should pair after this.
  20. Integrating the tuner for Android 5.1 is something were trying to do. However running into some issues because of 1GB Ram. We did not want to delay our other models getting the Android 5.1 release anymore, so we will continue to try and make it work on the 586 with the tuner.
