  1. What is the latest update version? Ive just realised that my auto update does not work and when i click manual update it just sends me back to the previous screen. I have manually updated to ver 1.20 that is found on the download section of the site but I'm under the impression a ver 1.3 or 1.4 exists? where can i find these files to maually update via usb? Thanks

Finally I was able to fix the problem on my device caused by the "Select Home app" which popped up constantly on the home screen and did not allow me to perform any operation on the "home" screen of MyGica. And it also did not allow DTV Viewer to perform the task of scanning digital TV channels. This problem was caused after installing the "20160513" version of the firmware, dated May 2016. After contacting the technical support service in China (support@mygica.com), and telling them about my problem, they responded quickly and fixed the software bugs in less than a day. Sending me a new link with the firmware versión. The "20170424" versión. Here is the file link with the new update for anyone who has the ATV586 with the Japanese ISDB-T digital television standard and has suffered the same problems as me when installing the previous update: http://update.mygica.com/download/Software/update_Mygica_ATV586I_4.4_20170424.zip
  3. Manual Update Failed

    Manual Update Failed When I try to run a manual upgrade I get connect service failed.
  4. March update - Eshare Server

    For the most part I am very happy with the March update. However one thing really bugs me; We have no ability to disable or uninstall the Eshare Server app. I have no desire to always have this app running all the time and in fact don't want it at all. Is there a way to get rid of it? Please always give us total control over what apps get installed.
  5. Updating Kodi to 17 on a ATV 582 Hi Justin I've tried reading the threads but I am a complete novice and was hoping you might be able to lay the situation out for me in simple terms. I received a message on Kodi saying that I need to update to version 17, because the streams are not going to support my current version going forward. So my understanding now is that unless I update to Krypon soon, I'm going to have spent a lot of money just to enjoy 2 weeks of video (I just got the box). From what I read, I cant update Kodi, because of my android version that is loaded on the box. And I cant update the android version because it is not supported. Is this assumption correct? What is the best way forward now? Do you have step by step instructions anywhere? Thanks very much for the assistance! Jason
  6. MyGica US195A stopped working after windows 10 Update Hi everyone, I just got to my workstation, where I have 3 monitors. Unfortunately, windows automatically updated at dawn and the MyGica US195A device stopped working. A message appeared in the windows message center statng that DisplayLink application was removed as it would pose risks to the computer (but do not specify which risks...). I have already tried to: 1- Restore using the windows restore point tool: it was not possible because my restore points were deleted during the update process (absurd!!) 2- I tried to undo the update of windows. The process occurred, but also did not solve the problem. 3- I have already tried to reinstall the driver, downloading directly from the MyGica site, however the installation is interrupted in the middle of the process (error). How should I proceed in this case to put US195A back to work? tks, VINICIUS
