atv 1200 goes to boot screen???

as soon as i turn on the box it goes to the boot menu do i reboot system or factory erase/restore

i tried both doesnt work i guess i have to reflash it

what files do i use and how do i do it?

Can you let me know the serial # of your unit.

I will then post up a download link for files to use to fix this.

You will need to use the Android 4.2 upgrade files, its just depending on your serial number will determine which remote control you are using, so I can provide you with the correct files

I used kr34 files mouse still works!!
