Atv 582 Shutting off Sharp Aquos

Having issues with my ATV 582. I'll be watching a movie or tv show on my device and then it shuts off my Sharp Auquos 60" tv randomly. Also, when the device is plugged into the HDMI I can't use the tv remote to turn up/down volume or change the input back to my satellite receiver. Anyone have advise or same problem?

You can try our new firmware when it comes out, it should fix this.

If not we can exchange the unit for a new one.
