Recommended Posts

Hi I tried to upgrade my Sumvision X2 Enclosure (ATV3200) with Android 4.2.2 it did not go well.

After following the previous Bricked topic I found the reference to shorting out the two pins of an

IC on main board

IC on main board

On further investigation of the unit I have found there is the usual recovery switch on the back of the unit

but also inside the HDD bay there is a hole down to the main PCB that is marked as UPGRADE.

Does anybody know if this is a way of shorting the two pins in the attached picture to save having to remove the case.

I hop this all makes sense

Cheers for reading

Andy

You are only able to short out the pins by opening the case.

There are no other pins to short out
