Atv 582 cache full

My atv582 keeps posting a message that the cache is full and should be cleared for continuous ... Can't read the rest it disappears. How do I clear this cache?

Also my friend has the 1200 and has far more icons then me. How do you increase the amount of icons. How do I get more?

Hi

If you go into the settings menu, and go to other, and then more settings.

In this settings menu go to apps, find XBMC and click OK on your remote. You will see an option on here to clear your cache.

Your friend must be using a custom XBMC Skin, to get more icons, I believe it is called the Confluence 7 Icons Skin.
