Hello,

I have only had the box for a week. Today the remote suddenly stopped working. I can turn the box on and off but that is all it can do. At first I thought it might be the battery but I can see the RF light blink when I push a button and as I said I can still turn it on and off. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried these videos yet?

These have worked very well with the customers of ours having remote issues.

I knew it wasn't the battery. The second video worked. Weird that I would have to pair it suddenly mid use. I'm glad you were able to help me.
