Mygica ATV 1200 Blocked

Hello everyone,

My Mygica ATV 1200 have the latest firmware everything was fine, but recently

it stays after reboot on the screen displaying the word : android

and nothing apens after !

I tried hard reset by pushing the reset button while starting but when i get to the

menu where i can choose to reboot, update or factory reset my box, the Volume + and -

button dont work, i mean i cant navigate thrue the options, my remote is working fine as i have

two boxes.

Please help, especially Justin

Plug in a usb keyboard and use that to navigate to do the factory reset.
