I have been uploading all my zip files of factory restore cards onto my onedrive. I keep them updated for the most part and I will keep putting them up until they are all there.

No logro cargar el FW. :x

Carga hasta un 20% y salta al final! Luego bootea y sigue todo como antes. Sin cargar el FW.

He failed to load the FW. :x

Load up to 20% and jumps to the end! Then all you boot and continues as before. Without load the FW

It looks like your box is just freezing during the update.

When it does this, just unplug the power and plug it back in.

The update will restart and then finish.

The charge does not freeze. The video is cut.

Only 20% load and jumps to the end.

Then run ...

--wipe_data

--wipe_cache

--wipe_media

Reboot and does not charge FW.

Do not you got these 3 files?

You have to extract 5 files from the zip folder that you download

You must be trying to just load the zip file only since you are being taken to the Android Recovery Screen, which is the reason why this is not working for you.

You have to extract all files from the zip folder and then put those files onto a blank SD card

The files are copied to the root of the SD.

E:\

| dd.exe ( 355,328 B )

| factory_update_param.aml ( 96 B )

| factory_update_param.ubt ( 3,884 B )

| readme.txt ( 882 B )

| recovery.img ( 8,425,786 B )

| sd_bak ( 393,216 B )

| u-boot.bin ( 388,224 B )

| uboot_MX.cmd ( 334 B )

Is your SD card formatted to FAT 32?

This formatted in FAT32.

Copying files to the root of the SD.

Run the file uboot_MX.cmd

And only 20% load and jumps to the end. :oops:

Amlogic BootcardMaker even use the tool and does the same. 20% load jumps to the end

Not got the .ZIP file in .IMG see?

Whether or not it can be charged by connecting to PC?

/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

These are the files that need to be on the SD Card

2.Copy all files into the boot card root directory.

uboot_MX.cmd

dd.exe

factory_update_param.aml

factory_update_param.ubt

recovery.img

u-boot.bin

update_MyGica_ATV585_4.4_20150717.img

3.Run uboot_MX.cmd file on PC, it will pop up a window to remind you to continue, just press any button£¬until it automatically exit.

4.Insert the boot card into the box;press and hold the upgrade button, plug in power adapter;

5.Hold the button for about 10 seconds;

6.Release the button as soon as the LED start flashing,and wait for 1-2 minutes(screen has no display at this time),please don¡¯t plug out the power;

and then normally you will see robot screen,it is updating the firmware;

7.After be finished, the box will restart.

We use these in the office on over 10 different SD cards. The instructions are easy to follow. Sorry but I am not sure what your issue is if you are following the directions.

Hi Im Having the same problem, I installed Openelec and didnt like it so im trying to revert back to factory ATV585 I downloaded all the files and followed all the instructions and like the OP it loads to about 20% then jumps to the end and reboots.

I tried the same method on my other box also a ATV585 that still had original software on and this method worked perfectly so could you please help me to get the factory firmware back on to it.

Oh I should also mention I tried MXQ software that just has 3 files M201ECT.zip, Factory_update_param.aml & recovery.img and is running perfectly so is there away of making the the ATV585 firmware the same way as it should then install.

Thanks in Advance

Which files did you download for MyGica 585 to revert back to Android?

You can find the revert files for ATV 585 from here

I have been uploading all my zip files of factory restore cards onto my onedrive. I keep them updated for the most part and I will keep putting them up until they are all there.

If you have any problem downloading them, or you need different files, let me know.

quad core video;

the 585, 582, the reset button is on the bottom.

Also, I would not use the MXQ Software, as you risk bricking the box.

We wont have Openelec Jarvis until 16.2 Comes out, since this version # of any version of KODI is always the most stable and usually the last official version they release.
