My ATV582

I just bought a Mygica ATV582,

I only have one problem with it.

I have it connected to my smart TV by HDMI cable.

When I switch on the tv and the mygica, the tv keeps telling me their is no signal.

I have changed port in the TV but get the same result no signal.

I've tried turning it off and on "the mygica box" but get the same results no signal.

When i remove the power supply from mygica and replace the power supply it reboots and then the tv gets a signal.

I can never keep the settings ie wifi clock etc.

is their anyway to fix this issue

we are working a fix for 582, which a little portion of our 582 with Smart TV having this issue we will be launching an update to fix this issue please bare with us at the mean time
