I hope that I can raise this box from the dead. I have had it for three weeks now. It opens to

"android system recovery <3e>

Can somebody help me?

You haven't said what you've tried to recover it.. any insights?

I have pressed 'reboot system now' It seems to do something but returns to the same page.

There are 5 options including factory reset. None of them do anything but return me to the system recovery <3e> page.

I understand there is a button on the rear of the machine that may be used with a new file on a sd card inserted in the box. The files at the magica site do not work

Thanks for trying to help. I wish I knew more on the subject but I really don't. My home computer is a Mac. I hope that can be used if it is neccessary to put files on a SD card. FAT32? yikes

I have been uploading all my zip files of factory restore cards onto my onedrive. I keep them updated for the most part and I will keep putting them up until they are all there.
