KR301 Freezes

Hello,

I recently bought the MyGica KR301 remote for my Android TV box. Worked great for a few days now it seems to randomly freeze. Everything is unresponsive. Anyone have an idea of what causes this and how to unfreeze it?

Have you tried plugging the USB dongle into a different USB port on your box?

Also maybe try fresh new batteries.
