Yes they will work

But some of the App Shortcut buttons on the KR301 will not work on the 1200.

As these were designed for our Quad Core boxes.

The KR40 will work fine though, since it has just the QWERTY Keyboard and Universal buttons for Android.

If your 1200 is using the smaller remote without channel numbers

Then it is a KR34.

The KR301s power button is an IR remote function and uses the KR60 remote IR code.

This would probably explain why the power button does not work.

Well you can switch the Firmware on your ATV 1200 to KR60 Firmware

Then it will work
