I have just bought a Atv1200 and it is stuck on reboot screen

It won't reset and reboot I have watched videos and don't step by step hard reset

But it stocks on reboot screen

Where can I send this to be repaired

Resetting my 1900: I think resetting my 1900 is the easiest way to get my box to the beginning before I started messing everything up. I can't find anything now where it was so easy before. I called Mygica a couple of time to resolve a issue and then started loosing programs. I need some help. Thanks.

If you are looking to reset the box

Just look for the Settings APP

It should be a White and Black Settings logo.

From that menu, you can reset.
