This is a new issue I am hearing about

When you guys say frozen on the TV screen, is the main menu frozen? The bootup logo?

Can any of you make a video about this?

All of a sudden you could be in Kodi changing screens and boom it freezes sometimes when looking for a server etc. Has been happening randomly and no buttons on remote work. Only fix is to take plug out and replug.

I actually replaced a unit for a customer with this issue.

As I could not reproduce this with anything we had here

I ran his unit in my office for 45 minutes, and it froze.

I unplugged it, and tried this again ad it froze after 54 minutes.

I have now sent this to our factory as of last week, to see if this is a hardware or software issue.

Once they receive it and look at it, I will see what there response is about this.

I won't know a solution till I receive word back.

I have been experiencing an issue similar to your warranty unit; it will freeze intermittently after being turned on. Only solution is to unplug and reboot. Usually it will freeze again shortly after once or twice. After repeating unplug/reboot 2-3 times it will work properly.

Looking forward to the feedback!

Has there been any resolution to this? I am having the same experience.

I have never been so frustrated with anything in my entire life.

Have you tried Android 5.1 yet?
