Unroot ATV586

Recommended Posts

I am looking to unroot my ATV586 to get support of apps such as Fios Mobile. This app seems to not support rooted devices. Is there a process or recommended app for this?

Hello,

Is this package is ok for ATV1200?

No do not use it with a ATV 1200, it will not work and could damage your box

Sorry about the delay guys

This should be what you are looking for

Just extract the IMG file from the zip folder and you can put it onto an SD card to load it through the UPGRADE app or the Recovery screen.

update_4.4_unrooted_patch_20150910.zip

Hi Justin, I've updated manually my ATV586 To the latest version in MyGica's Download Server. I believe it's "update_Mygica_ATV586I_4.4_20170424". Can I use this patch to unroot my device? I'm guessing I can't because the date in the patch filename is older than the update I installed. If so, is there a newer patch to unroot? Thanks in advance.

What version of 586 are you using

ATSC, DVB-T2 or ISDB-T??
