NO AUDIO ON MY GICA 520

Hello, I hope someone could help me out. I have the 520 and we were watching a movie when all of the sudden the audio went out. I have unplugged it, I have done a soft and hard reset but no luck. You can see the movies but no audio. Can someone help :?:

Have you tried a different HDMI Cable?
