Is the power pin on the box broken?

Might have broke when you dropped it?

Try shaking the unit, to see if you hear a loose part.

No the power pin is intact nothing is broken

Then the box must have just died then, or the power supply is no good

Does your power supply have a light on it?

Is it lit up green?

ok i suspect it is the box........so i will have to take it in to a service store ....... do you have any service stores in Canada or the Caribbean??? if you do let me know the location thanks
