Recommended Posts

Sorry for my English.

I recently bought a MyGica T230 USB TV tuner(T230.jpg).

I live in Thailand. Far From Digital TV antenna about 1.9 Kilometers(map.jpg). In my country use DVB-T2 for Signal.

I installed the software and drivers as per the instructions but when I scan for channels it give me 0 channels.

After, I try to download new driver to support windows 10 from this link http://mygica.com/html/Support/ and its not work.

I try to use the tuner with my phone(Android 5.1) and my tablet(Android 4.4) via PadTV HD app but it's not work too.

I use both bundle and my new active external TV antenna(antenna.jpg) for the signal but it give me the same result.

I try to use on other computer with TotalMedia 3.5 and other tablet it's not detect any channel

- Windows 7 64bit not work

- Windows 8.1 64bit not work

- Windows 10 64bit not work

- Android 4.4 not work

- Android 5.1 notwork

Can you help me to fix this problem?

Re: Geniatech T230 C work´s very good with SmartDVB

Germany, Berlin, DVB-T Biquad Antenna
Windows 10, AMD A8-7600
Geniatech MyGica T230C - Si2168 60 Chip -

1
Installation SmartDVB0.5.0.36RC2.zip (23.8MB) setup.exe
Install data files at application install folder (usually „program files“)
Everyone

2
System > Gerätemanager > Andere Geräte > shows: EyeTV Stick !?
Install Geniatech (= MyGiga) USB DVB-T2 Stick Driver
I used the DVD-Version in „Driver“ folder (19.07.2016, 09:59, 10.7MB: The Folder contains: x64 Folder, x86 Folder, setup.exe, Setup.ini)
Setup.exe
Installation Process starts, it´s called „rd214-remote“
System > Gerätemanager > Audio-, Video- and Gamecontroller > shows: DVB-T/T2/C USB-Stick

3
Continue Installation SmartDVB

PAGE 1
Tools > Devices
1. Installed Modules
Florian BDA DVB-S/T/C ATSC Device
CrazyCat BlindScan Device
Genpix DVB-s cards
null device (client)
Technisat Skystar 2
2. Devices found
-none -

Klick: 1. Florian…. => it shows: 2. Digital TV → Mark „Digital TV“ and „Select Device“

PAGE 2
Available Frequency lists → 10262 DVB-T Germany All Regions → „Done“
PAGE 3
Scanner „Scann“
Now it scans 57 Channels, and found all…. → „update Channel list“
PAGE 4
Update Channels → „Process“

Now it´s done and you can watch DVB-T

4
Install LAV-Filters 0.69 to be able to watch DVB-T2 HD Channels
1. f.e. Chip Download: LAVFilters-0.69-Installer.exe (10.2MB) → install
2. Tools > Settings > Directshow > Connection
HEVC decoder: → LAV Video Decoder (v.0.69.0) → „Apply and Restart video“ → „OK“

Now it´s done and you can watch DVB-T2 HD Channels: Das Erste HD und ZDF HD

Having installed Geniatech TotalMedia every time i took the DVB-T Stick - out of the PC and in again - it did not start!? (Info in: Systemsteuerung > System > Gerätemanager ...)
After deinstalling TotalMedia and cleaning the Registry (CCleaner), now it all seems to work fine.
I don´t know if TotalMedia or other Software caused that Problem, that i also had installed to test the Stick.

If you cannot scan any TV channel at all the time, we can remote control to support you by TeamViewer

When could you help me by teamviewer support?
