Box is junk

This is my second box with the 1800 working well. I bought the 1900 in the summer and have patiently waited for firmware to fix the myriad of problems. I am done waiting and have sprung for a couple of nvidia boxes. The 1900 is unusable junk. I hope this post saves someone the money and more importantly the time of owning this brick.

Although my 1800 works well I'm tossing it. I can not support a company that releases such useless rubbish.

I am happy now I don't have to return to this forum hopping for a magic fix.....it doesn't exists

Just to update you with issues your having, it would've been good if you called the support line for help, we do have bunch of updates on software to make ATV1900AC one of the top boxes and latest software we brought out was 2016/02/03. and it was a OTA update
