1800e wifi very slow

hello. im new to your product and iev looked around on this forum too see if theres others with a similar problem. seems like theres alot!.... i have 10 Mbps down at home but this 1800e box is having a hard time getting 1 Mbps ive tested all my devices i have at home and the 1800e box is the only thing having problems. stuck in a endless buffer... i notice postings of this topic dating back to 2015 with people still having problems. so im guess the prob wont get fixed anytime soon? should i go and just get a refund? not happy with this product considering the cost compare to others

Also holding down the 3 Lined Context menu button on the remote will clear all of the memory and cache

This has been reported to be working great to fix your Wifi Speed issues.

I have the same problem and clearing the memory couldn't solve the problem.

Try changing the Wifi Channel # on your router then

The current channel you are using might have a lot of traffic on it from other wifi networks within range.
