MYGICA 585 Hard Reset

Hi

MYGICA 585 freezes when I power on at the main menu. I change remote control battery. I also tried to hard rest by pressing the reset/upgrade button for 10 seconds and then power on I get reboot menu and I cannot select any option. Remote seems to work fine because I can power on off using remote but cannot scroll to any application etc,

Any help from this form greatly appreciate.

Your on correct path,

but process it as follow

1. Format your MicroSD card as FAT32

2. Drag and drop factory files in it there should be 5 or 7 files

3. hook it up side of the box

and process the reset pin again this time hold the rest for 15 seconds and not 10 or 12

it should give you android guy and reboot properly
