Help with ATV520E update

I was trying to update my tv box (ATV520E) and after the box restart I couldn't continue since it asking me to click the "Next" button to continue but I'm not able to do that using the remote control!

Any help please and thank you.

Where did you get the file to update your 520e?

And can you post a link to it?
