Vchannel cannot subscribe

I wonder if anyone knows why vchannel cannot subscribe.

It begins with my previously subscribed channels unable to lead for days. So I checked other apk and they are working fine. Then, I deleted but unable to subscribe to new channels. I also tried uninstall and reinstall the latest v1.3 but still to no avail. I know this may not be MyGica issue but other than thinking that this is the cause I don't know what else could it be. FYI, vchannel is working on my android phone. So...
