and I bought the TV BOX Enjoy ATV 3200,

I'm looking for the firmware on the internet or something similar,

could someone tell me where to find it, because the supplier is not possible

Sorry but I am not familiar with this model.

It must be a model for another country besides North America.

If you email support@mygica.com they should be able to help get you the most up to date firmware for this box.

However if it is already running Android 4.2, I think it also might be running the latest firmware available for it. Since Dual Core boxes haven't been updated in over 12 months

I'm in Vietnam. The shop where I bought this tell me to use ATV1200 firmware for this ATV3200. 

Could you please provide us some advice? Since we're afraid of bricking the device.

What version of Android is your ATV 3200 currently?

It was 4.1.2. After bricking the device by upgrading the firmware myself (I use update_MyGica_4.2_20150209_KR34.zip), I went to the shop where I had bought this and they flash it to 4.2.2 for me. Now it runs well. Thanks for your reply.
