Firefox 48 - can no longer scroll with mouse.

Anyone else lost the ability to scroll with their mouse on Firefox 48?

I'm experiencing the same issue on both the AC1800 (android 4.4.2) and the AC1900 (android POS 5.0)

I also have an other android device and it doesn't have this problem

I use firefox as well and have had no problems. . . . also version 26.0. On two different computers.
