iGrabber Not Recognizing Serial Number

Hi, I've installed iGrabber version 1.6.0 on Mac OS 10.11.6 and when 'personalizing the device' the app fails to recognize the s/n on the back of the iGrabber: 201104200228

So it only captures in Demonstration mode w/ watermark. And clues?
