iGrabber Not Recognizing Serial Number

Hi, I've installed iGrabber version 1.6.0 on Mac OS 10.11.6 and when 'personalizing the device' the app fails to recognize the s/n on the back of the iGrabber: 201104200228

So it only captures in Demonstration mode w/ watermark. And clues?

Mine is having the same issue, S/N 201203050472, and I can't capture outside of demonstration mode.

I used the recommended serial number posted in this string to install the iGrabber MyGica digitizer into my MacBook pro.

Now my iGrabber plays clear video, with no watermark, but with an annoying screeching sound over the top.

Is there a way to edit the serial number in the software setup so that the serial number 201008200279 on my iGrabber is put into the software?

Hi Jim, 

The serial number 201008200279 on your iGrabber is the serial number of your product and can not be used to input in the software to finish the set up.
