I'm in California, USA and was eager to try my new HD Cap X, but the power adapter in the box does not fit the device. The diameter of the power adapter is too big. How can I get the proper one sent to me?

You might have received a European Plug

You can find the conversion adapters almost anywhere.

Wal Mart is a good place to look.
