Can I make the IPC 3700 dual boot to Android?

I would like to give Android a try.

I can't see how to factory reset my device to choose a different operating system.

Is there a way to do that? (factory reset)

If not, is there a way I can make my UEFI shell boot Android or get Android on my device some other way?

We do not have this available

Have you tried Bluestacks which is Android on Windows, this is a good option to get Android.
