IPC 3700 vs other Windows boxes

I was wondering if anyone has bought this device and their opinions on it. I'm looking for another box to play with and I'm interested in how it compares to other W10 boxes with 2 gig of ram and 32 gig of storage. The Kangaroo and Rikomagic come to mind. I'm also fully aware that Windows gives away free Windows 10 to any device maker that makes a box with 2gig/32gig and screens 5" or less. So MyGica's $199 to $229 price tag is simply for the hardware.
