Keyboard Issues on MYGica ATV582

I have recently purchased MYGica ATV582. The remote keyboard is double typing a letter ie. if i want to search for a show and type "ma" the display gives me "mmaa" I tried a different keyboard (Windows Media board) and it does the same thing. I havnt found any solutions on the net for this apart from the keyboard sensitivity and delay when pressing the keys. Ive been into the keyboard settings and messed around there but still cant get relief.... any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
