1800E - Shows that internet is connected, but it isn't.

Hello, can anyone help me?

My 1800E shows a stable connection on either wifi or ethernet, but no app has internet access (netflix, kodi, google play, etc). I have seen previous posts suggesting changing my wifi channel, but it didn't work for me. I have tried various configurations of ethernet, wifi, etc with no luck. Any tips? Needless to say, but all other devices in my house have sufficient internet access and speeds.
