1800e lolipop 5.1 file will not load

Hi, i have been trying to update my 1800e to lolipop for two days now. i cant seem to find any information on how to do it.

i have downloaded the image and mounted the image on an sd card using win32diskmanager.  what am i doing wrong lol.

i called support and the guy said 5.1 does not work on 1800e, but i just bought one that had been updated in the store.
