Hi, just curious why there is no info on the 1910 and it doesn't have its own section and can't be found on the products list on your website. Canada computers is selling them and says it's the replacement for the 1800. 

Even google doesn't bring it up

This is an exclusive model to Canada Computers

I will start adding this model to the forums over the next few weeks, but you will only find product info for it on Canada Computers website.

If you had a "0" I would have checked it. All I bought was a piece of equipment that I will never use. No quality free apps were provided. I'm not interested in any of them. After paying significant $'s, I would have expected more free quality apps. The remote is the most poorly designed I have ever used. It's too small. You have to go from front to back to use and the functions are difficult to understand and maneuver. And just as a side note, the remote in the photo does not represent the real size when it's shown beside the unity itself. It is much smaller. The only good thing I can say is that the tech support # is answered, but I didn't feel the reps knew a lot about the unit and what it provided.

Was this the remote control that was included with your ATV 1910 unit?

If so, then I am not sure how this remote control is small
If we made it any bigger, I think it would be "too big"

The back of the remote is a qwerty keyboard, and the front of the remote we feel are very straight forward when it comes to figure out how all of the buttons work

Just out of curiosity, is this box pre-Rooted?

 I hate when I buy box full of bloatware so I would prefer just the bare essentials.

It comes un-rooted

We have a patch file available to unroot it though.

 

We don't include any bloatware really with our boxes though to begin with.

Hi all.  I just purchased the ATV1910 from Canada Computers and I've  noticed there is still no support for this device. Or, even its own forum section. I get the feeling Mygica won't support this device and it won't be receiving any updates?  The unit functions fine but I'm still in the return window and I wonder if I should go with the slightly more expensive 1900 pro as it has support here in the forums and firmware updates being produced.

Yeah. Google doesn't have an exit per say. I just go back to the main home screen and hit the little brush icon in the bottom left. It closes all apps that aren't needed and frees up ram.  I've only had this unit for a day but so far it works pretty good. Set up Kodi and it seems to work fine for me. I'm just concerned about future support for this canada computers version.  As apps get updated this unit will need updates to keep up.  Seems there was talk of a forum section for the 1910 back in February.. But nothing as of now. Makes me think this unit has already been abandoned. If I don't hear from Mygica soon I will be forced to return this model.

You can load the ATV 1900PRO/495 PRO FW onto your 1910, it will work as they are essentially the same box.
