hi im looking for some help here i have atv1200 i been trying to turn on the bluethooth on and just says turning blue tooth on but never actualy turns on , can anyone shine some light on this , thank you

Hi

We suggest trying a factory reset of your box, which can be done in the settings menu, should be listed as Backup and Reset or Factory reset as a menu option.

Please note this will delete all download apps, as well as all your add ons you installed into xbmc.

Try this and let us know if this fixes your problem with Bluetooth.
