Choppy Video After Upgrade?

So I finally grabbed and installed the latest firmware update for my 1800 (thanks for everyone who helped me). Now I'm noticing system-wide video that is choppy. Running 1080 @ 60hz like before in Android. Really prevalent in the included Kodi software, but notice it in YouTube and even Netflix.

Driving me nuts, does anyone else have this issue or have found a fix? I've tried practically every setting in Kodi to no avail.  Any help appreciated.

please process a Factory reset, 

From main page Select Settings

- Select More

- Scroll to Reset follow the steps 

OS 5.1  Select Settings// More settings // Reset //  and follow the rest
