Help please

Mygica atv585 remote won't work, only the power on and off button works. Changed batteries but still won't work. Was working when I got it and I've only had it for a week

There is pairing instructions, you need to re-pair your remote

Thank you for the help but it's a bit late now as I've taken it back for a refund and wouldn't recommend to anyone I know.
