Netflix scrolling

While in Netflix, shows with series, I can access all the seasons, but not all the shows in each season. The episodes are on the right but I  can only start the ones on the screen. Tried all functions on the remote. That section will not scroll to reveal the remaining episodes. A mouse made picking episodes easier, but only the visible ones.  Mouse can't scroll, even using scroll wheel. Please help as I need this function.

Are you using the mouse on the remote that came with the 495 PRO

Or a USB computer mouse?

Yes, I'm using the remote that came with unit. The mouse button on remote gets you over to the episode list, and goes to the bottom of screen, but will not scroll the list further. Tried the arrow buttons on back of remote, but same problem. A USB mouse gave same results.
