I need help please.

 

I have 3 ATV1900PRO and are using them to display a secure web site internally in my company.  As in multiple applications, you can click onto multiple selections using the control or shift button on your keyboard. I cannot figure out how to use the keyboard on the remote control to act the same as an external keyboard. Any suggestions out there?

it should function as regular PC keyboard, any key stroke you use on regular keyboard should work with our remote. 

please let me know if otherwise.

It doesn't. I ended up calling the support line and the gentleman that I spoke to said that this functionality does not work on the remote. Don't know what to do next. I don't really want to install 3 wireless keyboards with mouse
