Black screen

Black screen

I set up my new 1900ac and everything works great until I start to configure Kodi. As soon as I start entering in information the screen turns black and there is nothing I can do. The green light stays on but I cannot even go to the home home screen.  I have even updated to the latest build and reset the unit. Any other tips?

You are using Openelec or Android?
