ATV 1900 PRO suddenly switches to standby mode

So I was using and watching a movie on this unit and suddently it went to standby mode.  

Is there a software upgrade to fix this or some kind of hardware issue?

This is not something we do by software.

Did you happen to change settings to sleep mode on your box?

The only setting I changed on the box was the wifi connection, that's it.  I will have to check the sleep mode setting on the box and will get back.

It just happened once yesterday while using it for 5 hours.

I checked display settings and sleep is set to NEVER.  Even daydream is also set to "after inactivity" (as far as I can remember).

I will continue to monitor for now and report back in case it goes on stand by again with no reason.
