495 Pro can't find wifi networks in set-up…help!

Am just setting up my 495 Pro and when I get to the network set-up the box can't seem to find any wi-fi networks.  I have strong signal to all my other devices and am only 4 feet away from the router.  I have rebooted repeatedly and still no recognition of the wifi signal. Any ideas please?  Thanks
