MyGica1900pro won'st stay connected to WIFI

Just purchased Thursday Apr 13 - worked fine that night...yesterday won't stay connected to WIFI - have to say "forget network" - and reset it with password - displays connected successfully...but the minute you try to use Netflix or Phoenix or Exodus it's gone OFF. Now it says to turn WIFI ON - stays at OFF  ....everything is  connected to my WIFI works (voip phone, ipads, iphone & Apple TV)

so should I try to do a RESET at the back of MyGica?? 

Hope you can help...my tech guy at the computer shop is off for the weekend.... thanks!

Hi GadgetGirl, 

This certainly seems off. Before we rule it as a potential hardware issue, you can try a factory reset if you like to see if it fixes it. Please note, that if you purchased it from someone who helped you install some apps or programs, you may want to wait for them first. Doing a reset of the device will erase anything that has been done to it.

 

Also, if you do not have 4 bars on wifi, this can cause issues. Please ensure that if you're using wifi, that it has a full connection.
