Please Help Me!

I have a MyGica ATV 1800E, when I turn it on it is showing a black screen. The only way I can get rid of it is by unplugging the box itself. Are there any ways to fix it?

This is an issue we are aware of on our Android 5.1 Firmware
We are still trying to fix it.

To avoid this from happening, you can just leave the box turned on 24/7 for now.
