Good day.

Having problems with my remote. Box is 2 months old.

only the on off button works. Is there a way to pair the newer

remote? My system did not come with KR40

Hi. 

I just recently bought my box and it came with a KR40 remote ( terrible remote, doesn't work properly) so I bought a rii i25 mini air remote. It does everything well, but can't turn the box on.  I am going to send it back. What other remote has an air mouse and can perform properly with the box. I'd also like it to be able to turn my tv and amp on.
