Buffering

Hi I recently purchased an  atv 495. I'm having issues with it cutting out constantly. My internet speed is 20mb. Constantly buffering. I have cleared the cache. Is there anything else you can suggest.

Which version do you own?

I have the 2gb memory and 16gb storage and never have buffer problems except on really slow sources.

Could you be using wi-fi that is weak signal?   If you are on wi-fi perhaps try running a cat 5 cable directly to your router as a test to eliminate the wi-fi as the source of trouble.

I'm having the same issue! Same box! Allllll buffering alllllll the time. Tried the cat5 and it made no difference. Moved my modem....made zero difference. Every other device I have has no issues with the wifi! This is the only one....I've even disconnected everything just to narrow it down and I'm still getting this ridiculous buffering!
