I have had this 2 weeks it has reset its self or shut its self off or froze at least 3 times a day it also gets very hot I have asked for help and told its ok to get hot which I find hard believe . Someone please help I like the box but want it to work properly

I am just a fellow user, but that sounds out of the ordinary and there may be a bad component in it.

If the store you bought it from won't do a straight exchange you may have to contact the company for a warranty replacement.

This sounds like a hardware issue with your actual box itself

We can exchange it under warranty

 

When and where did you purchase it from?

If you bought it within the last year, then it is still under warranty and can be replaced.
